The Roofing Committee developed a recommendation for permissible alternatives to the Cedar Shake initially used. Recommendations were made to the ARC at the February 28, 2011 HOA Board Meeting. There are two documents for your review: a Power Point Presentation describing those recommendations and a Roofing Matrix spreadsheet which summarizes various aspects of the many materials on the market.
As new materials are constantly becoming available, it's important that you request approval from the ARC for any new roofing projects.

 

 

Homeowners need to submit an Architectural Review Approval form to the ARC committee if they intend to change the exterior colors of their house. Please attach a 6" x 6" sample of your new color choices to the form.  However, before final approval can be determined by the Committee they will need to see the actual paint sample applied to your exterior and let it be dried for at least two days so they can determine the actual finished product. The trim color and door color changes must also be approved in the same manner.
