Procedure: Call 911 to report any emergency situation; or call the non-emergency dispatch number, (503) 629-0111 to report any other suspicious activities, persons, or vehicles. Then contact your Block Captain or the Watch Coordinator so we can report the situation to the rest of our neighbors in BCE. If you wish, the information will be passed along to the other neighbors confidentially (without disclosing your name or address).
